Kendall's Baptism

Kendall was baptized at church today. She did great and looked so pretty in the dress that Dede got her. She was a little tired so needed her paci during the ceremony but still looked pretty! All of our immediate family came and it was a great day!I looked beautiful in my white dress and headband! Up on the alter during the baptism ceremony

First Day of School!

Tuesday was Kendall's first day of daycare because I am unfortunately back at work. Luckily she got a spot at the same place that Haden goes so they can be together and Haden can check on his baby sister. They both go three days a week. The daycare is called the Shiny Penny and it is a really small daycare that Haden has really loved. It is sad to leave her there but at least we are pleased with the daycare. She has done well so far, and it has worn her out enough to start sleeping through the night the last two nights!
Haden was glad to have his baby sister going with him to school!

Let It Snow!

Today we got the biggest snow in Chattanooga in over 10 years! It is beautiful and we got to play in it a little bit today and I'm sure we will more tomorrow. Luckily we were all home and didn't have to travel because the roads are really bad. This is when it first started before the roads were covered.

Just had to post these cute picutures I took of Kendall at home yesterday. She will be 10 weeks old on Friday!

Weekend at the Cabin

We spent the last weekend at the cabin as a request from my dad to go before he has to go back to Spring Training. We got up there Saturday afternoon and came back Monday afternoon. It rained all weekend which is the perfect weather for napping, eating, and sitting by the fire! We had a good, relaxing time with the family!

No cabin trip would be complete without games and puzzles. Here is Haden and Kaylee working a puzzle together!

This is a picture I took of Kendall in the morning before anyone else was up. I loved spending quiet time in the morning there just us girls! Check out that physique! It's not easy being beautiful!

Two Months Old!

Kendall was two months old on January 20th. The time has gone by so fast and I can't believe I have to go back to work on February 1st. Kendall has been a challenging but good baby. I have no complaints during the day, she is quiet and on a good schedule. She eats every 3 hrs, then stays awake about an hour, then she's ready for a rest until it's time to eat again. She really doesn't like to be held that much, she likes to play in the floor, and she loves her swing. Recently when she gets tired I swaddle her up and lay her in her bed awake and she goes to sleep on her own which is great. Nighttime has been a different story! She was in the beginning cranky at night after her last bottle, and after her middle of the night feedings, she would not go right back to sleep as the books say she should! She would be up and fuss! The doctor told us it was colic, however, we have recently come to believe she has reflux. I always thought babies had to spit up alot to have reflux, which Kendall does not. Now I have come to learn that there are other signs. She is now taking Zantac two times a day and seems to feel better and is eating better day and night! She actually slept from 10 pm until 6:45 am last night which I hope was not a fluke!

Wrestlemania!

For those of you that don't know, Haden is obsessed with wrestling! He knows their names, their songs they enter the ring with, how they walk in, and their finishing moves! It's really quite funny. So for Christmas, Santa brought him two tickets to the WWE at UTC! He and Travis went this past Sunday and he had a blast! That is all he has talked about since and he can't wait to go back! I will post a video soon of him doing some of his acting like the wrestlers!
